To oversee and monitor the Leisure Management Contract which includes The Spectrum, The Lido and Ash Manor Dual Use Leisure centre.

In addition oversee and monitor the G Live management contract.

Ensure KPI's, health & safety and contractual requirements are followed for both contracts.  Chair and minute monthly performance meetings and asset management meetings liaising with the requisite internal and external teams to ensure contractual work is carried out.

Maintain oversight of significant capital and revenue budgets ensuring effective asset maintenance and visitor experience is maintained.
