Adults - Head of Performance, Insights & Improvements
This role has a starting salary of £77,260 per annum, based on a 36 hour working week.

Your Role
We are looking for a Head of Performance, Insights and Improvement to help us shape our transformation programme and ensure that we have the right frameworks in place to provide assurance on performance and timely insights to drive transformation and continuous improvement.
Day to day you will work closely with colleagues in operational delivery such as the Principal Social Worker and Principal Occupational Therapist, you will also be working with colleagues in key supporting functions such as the business partners for Finance, Human Resources and the Portfolio Lead for Transformation.
If you are just as passionate about driving improvement as you are about performance and insights, always collaborating with colleagues and welcome a challenge, then this role could be for you. You will have a proven track record of supporting operational services utilise data to inform robust decision making, leading and developing high performing teams and contributing to strategy development.
You will report directly to Assistant Director of Transformation, Assurance and Integration. You will also work closely with Executive Directors, Directors, Elected Members and other key stakeholders.
