You might not have previous experience in this area, but you will come to us with a real passion to help others. A natural communicator, you will take easily to dealing with sensitive and sometimes difficult situations, diffusing any tensions, and making sure those in your care are at their ease. You will either hold or be able to work towards an NVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification.
