Are you an experienced transformational change professional looking for your next move?   If you have developed and driven strategic change to transform service delivery, we would like to hear from you.   

Who we’re looking for

We are working to fundamentally change the way the Council works, and we are looking for an exceptional person who will develop and drive forward transformation plans for a new, more agile and digitally focused organisation.  We are transforming the way we deliver services, improving our internal and supplier performance and enhancing our resident experience.  You will be the Council’s strategic lead for transformation, working alongside the Chief Executive, Deputy Chief Executive and Director of Resources and supported by an excellent transformation team. 

What we offer

In addition to the stated pay we are offering membership and contributions towards the Local Government Pension Scheme, hybrid working (requiring presence in the office for a minimum of two days per week) and Flexitime.

We offer a friendly working environment with on-site parking and proximity to Oxted Station.
