Assistant Housing Asset Data Analyst

The post is with the Housing Services’ Asset Management team which is responsible for devising and planning the annual capital and retrofit programme for the Council’s homes.

The key aim of the post is to support the Asset Management Team to maintain and improve the quality and range of asset data (including energy efficiency data) and the way it is captured, stored, managed, and integrated to successfully inform investment decisions and planned works priorities.

You will have a successful track record of maintaining, analysing and adapting data and play close attention to detail.

You will also have good teamwork skills.
