About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to provide proactive personal administrative and business support to an Area Director within Adult Social Care. This will include complex diary management, scheduling of meetings, note taking, management of papers and correspondence ensuring that the Senior Managers are briefed and prepared with the relevant paperwork for all meetings ensuring confidentiality at all times.

In order to be considered for shortlisting, we would love to hear about;
- Your organisation skills and proactive approach, this role will require you to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks, sometimes independently
- An awareness of the need for confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive data professionally
- Experience of previously working as a personal assistant to a senior manager
- Your experience taking minutes in meetings involving multiple attendees
- Your excellent verbal and written communication skills to develop=effective networks and working relationships internally
