The starting salary for this role is £36,282 per annum, based on working 36-hours per week.
We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join our team who look after our property portfolio.
Our team are the interface between the Land and Property team within Surrey County Council and our station commanders and crews in dealing with property defects, routine maintenance and design on new redevelopments.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual who has comprehensive facilities management or property experience, knows how to problem solve and has great stakeholder management skills.

About the Role
As the Property Portfolio Lead – West, a number of stations will fall within your remit and you will be the interface between SCC Land and Property, who own the buildings, and the crews who live and work within the stations.
The workload is varied and interesting with a number of major projects to maintain interest and keep you challenged.
The role is based in Reigate but will necessitate travel around the county. Driving licence is essential. A fleet vehicle will be available for use.
You will be able to work under pressure in a fast-changing environment as well as having a positive and flexible attitude to all aspects of your work.
You will be able to work equally well as part of a team or on your own and be able to manage your own workload effectively.
