An excellent opportunity has arisen for 3 permanent Family Support Co-ordinators to join our team.  The role involves working within the Family Support Team supporting families with complex and multiple needs.

The successful candidates will be pro-active and ambitious, with a track record in working with and supporting people to help us deliver on our plans to provide positive outcomes for families who are experiencing a range of challenges.

You will be joining a growing, innovative multi-agency team which supports the successful co-ordination of local statutory and voluntary services to work in partnership with families to achieve sustainable and transformational change.
