Are you an experienced Digital Transformation lead looking for an exciting role where you will take a pivotal role in transforming the digital landscape?  Do you have experience working in a Digital lead role, either within the public or private sector?  Tandridge District Council are looking to recruit a Digital lead to manage their digital transformation across the organisation.

About the role

Tandridge District Council are undertaking a Transformation programme to redefine the future operating model of the council and are looking for a lead to manage the Digital transformation.    

The role is a key role in the Programme team, where you will work closely with the team and key stakeholders to design and deliver the benefits of Digital Transformation to internal and external users. 

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for are individuals with an excellent understanding of the latest design, technology and data principles. You will have significant experience of successful project delivery of a Digital transformation and be able to demonstrate proven ability to think innovatively and design and deliver client digital solutions.

You will be comfortable managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels and be able to bring people on the journey and persuade others of the benefits of Digital Transformation.
