As our Leisure and Community Engagement Officer you will be the link between the community groups who lease leisure properties and the Council. This role is pivotal in enabling the community groups to reach the Council service that they need and the support that they require. You will have the opportunity to develop strong community links and relationship with the tenants in our leisure facilities helping them to continue to thrive in our properties so they can continue to deliver valuable community services to the residents of Surrey Heath. You will be instrumental in preparing reports seeking to gain consent and any support required for new tenants. You are someone who is good at communication and fostering relationships to help facilitate positive outcomes. An understanding of tenanted property andleases would be a beneficial.
