The starting salary for this role is £26,080 per annum for a 36 hour working week.

This position offers a great exposure to various business, staffing and recruitment activities across the Adult Social Care Directorate which our team manage for and on behalf of our frontline managers.
As a result of the increased activity, we are recruiting to meet the demands of the service. With this in mind, we have the opportunity for enthusiastic and motivated people to join us.
We currently have two positions available:
- 2 x full-time, fixed-term contracts or secondment opportunities until 31st October 2023

In this role, you will be leading on various processes such as recruitment, OM and business support. The role is fast-paced, but we offer a thorough induction and support program to help you learn new processes. Once you are up and running, we are always looking to support development by offering bespoke project work so you can get involved in a variety of tasks.
We are looking for someone who is committed and holds the value of being the best you can be on a day to day basis. You will need to be a strong administrator with an eye for detail and able to manage several processes at once. You will need to have excellent IT skills and be a real team player who is willing to help and support colleagues as required.
Excellent customer service is key to this role as you will be working with frontline social care managers on a day to day basis and you will often be the first point of contact for candidates, and in recruitment first impressions are so important.Additional Information
