Do you have proven skills in a front line Customer Service environment?

Can you demonstrate a flexible attitude to customer service whilst maintaining a calm and professional approach?

As the first point of contact for all visitors to the venue, we are looking for a highly organised, enthusiastic and motivated person to provide support to the Bourne Hall Site Manager and Events Team by ensuring the smooth running of the reception desk, foyer area, art exhibitions, room bookings and meeting catering provision at the venue.

With proven experience of working in a customer facing environment, ideally in a similar receptionist role, it will be your positive attitude, excellent listening skills and ability to use your own initiative that will ensure you find excellent solutions to customers’ enquiries and deliver the highest standard of customer care.

An effective team player and good organiser with an eye for detail, you will be able to demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills, strong written communication skills, excellent IT skills including experience of using Microsoft outlook, Excel and Word with the ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
