Unit4/Agresso IT Support Agent
The starting salary for this position is £41,127 per annum based on a 36 hour working week.
This position is based at Woodhatch Place in Reigate and applicants may be required to attend the office periodically. However, we support remote working meaning you aren't required in the office 5 days a week. We’re less about you driving to work and more about us collectively driving down our carbon footprint. Surrey County Council are implementing Unit 4 as a modern, intuitive and flexible Software-as-a-Service Enterprise Resource Planning system. A significant programme of work is nearing completion to deliver the full implementation, including the configuration of the system, data migration and implementing required integrations with other Council systems.
Unit 4 will be supported by our in-house IT and Digital team. The team of 20 staff operate ITIL 4 processes and are structured into:
- Service Delivery (service requests, incidents, problem management, SLA/KPI reporting and supplier relationship management)
- Service Improvement (change requests, release management and business relationship management)
We're now recruiting for a permanent position to join the Service Delivery team although you may be required to flex between both teams according to customer demand. During the initial 12+ months of implementation, a higher volume of tickets are expected, and the team will also be building their competence in supporting a new system.
To support the team with additional capacity and to provide Unit 4 knowledge transfer, Surrey County Council welcome applications from people with:
- ITIL4 experience of Service Desk, Service Request Management, Incident Management and Problem Management
- Unit4 Security roles and authorisations
- System admin experience of Unit4/Agresso and Proactis
- Willing to provide Unit4 knowledge transfer to the in-house team
- SAP security concepts/roles and authorisations would also be useful
Reporting to the Service Delivery Team Leader you will join the wider IT and Digital Service and work as part of a dynamic team with the autonomy to succeed in a lively, friendly environment.
