Catering Assistant - The Ashcombe, Dorking
Based at The Ashcombe School in Dorking, the starting salary for this role is £7,878 per annum for 17.5 hours per week, 38.2 weeks per year. Though this role is term time only, you will be paid a salary every month including the school holidays.

This position is predominantly Monday to Friday over the lunchtime period, although we are currently trialling more flexible options, so will consider job share. Twelve15 have Catering Assistant positions available in schools across the county, as well as recruiting for flexible people to join our talent pool.
Helping prepare and serve food is just one aspect of this varied role. Setting up the dining area, serving children and assisting with cleaning duties are all part of a typical day’s work. You will need to get on well with colleagues with a friendly smile for all our customers.

Strong customer services skills would be required, as a key part of the role is working with our clients, the school, to maintain and to increase the uptake of school meals.
