We are seeking an enthusiastic Financial Administration Officer to join our busy Exchequer Team.

In this role, you will assist the team with financial administrative processes, including processing journals, reconciliation of the Council’s bank account, cash book, general ledger and clearing suspense accounts.

You will also provide all round support to the team, by assisting and providing cover for other team members on debtors, creditors and cashiers when required.

Ideally you will have experience of financial administration work. You will be thorough, meticulous and accurate, with good keyboard skills. Book keeping experience would be advantageous.
