LOOKING FOR AN EXCITING FRESH CHALLENGE?

Based in Surrey, Runnymede Borough Council the Assets and Regeneration are looking to employ a permanent facilities and contracts manager to assist with the delivery of its extensive property portfolio

This exciting role will head up a Team in the Asset and Regeneration and at the same time work with key contractors to deliver a fit for purpose and compliant Estate -  Interested?

This role will be responsible for delivering high quality facilities management across the Council’s asset base(including Civic Buildings, new Council developments and the Property Portfolio), and will commission, procure and manage all FM contracts.

He/she will have a proven track record of providing an efficient FM service to a mixed portfolio of properties, be flexible and collaborative with a strong focus on delivering results to meet the expectations of internal and external stakeholders. Holding a relevant professional qualification in building management, engineering or construction, he/she will have strong organisational and performance management skills, extensive knowledge of contract management and a good understanding of health and safety and sustainability issues.
