HSCE Applications Support Specialist
The starting salary for this role is £29,291 per annum based on a 36 hour working week.

We support colleagues working in social care teams in both Adults and Children’s and Education teams.

The Social Care & Education Helpdesk urgently needs 2 HSCE Applications Support Specialists to deal with system requests for Capita One, LAS, LCS, EHM, Controcc and Wisdom.
These vacancies are primarily customer service rather than technical roles but obviously the more you know about the above systems the better. As important as system knowledge, is the desire to constantly learn new skills and being tenacious. There is also a requirement for excellent communications skills, an attention to detail and the ability to document and share knowledge.
We can give you all the training and support needed to do this job and have a good record of developing staff into more senior roles. The Social Care Helpdesk is proud of the excellent customer service it provides but is committed to a philosophy of continuous improvement and sharing knowledge and skills.
