Information Governance Manager - Adult Social Care & Public Health
The starting salary for this role is £46,634 per annum, working 36 hours per week.
The team is based at Guildford Borough Council offices, Millmead, Guildford, Surrey, GU2 4BB, but the role will be Surrey-wide.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead the Information Governance function for Adult Social Care at Surrey County Council.
The role is responsible for developing and supporting best practice in all aspects of Information Governance and Data Protection and as such, we are looking for an experienced individual with a high level of understanding of this complex subject matter. In addition to your technical knowledge, you will need to be well organised and a skilled communicator. Previous experience of working in Adult Social Care is essential and, as the role provides advice on IG matters to the Public Health service too, therefore you will need to have a deep understanding of the wider Health and Social Care landscape.
The role will be responsible for managing a small team and therefore previous experience of managing staff is also a key requirement.
