Business Team Administrator
The starting salary for this role is £26,080 per annum based on a 36 hour working week.
Surrey County Council provides the administrative support to the Senior Coroner in the operation of the Coroner’s Court, supporting bereaved families.
We are recruiting for a Business Team Administrator to work as part of a team focused on monitoring and managing key aspects of the service such as performance standards and budget management.
In this role, you will need to be flexible to the demands of the service and will be involved with the effective administration of finance, quality of service delivery including contract management, and data and information handling. You will help ensure the service is working effectively and efficiently for the benefit of bereaved families.
To be shortlisted to interview for this position your application will clearly evidence:
- Significant administration experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience of database maintenance
- Confidence in working with partners and other key stakeholders, both technical specialist and non-specialists, internally and externally
- Experience of producing reports and supporting projects
