Energy Monitoring Officer
Elmbridge Borough Council has pledged to become a carbon neutral council by 2030. We need someone who can monitor the council’s energy consumption to help shape the way we use our buildings, as well as supporting a sustainable Elmbridge.
Elmbridge’s Asset Management and Property Services team is recruiting, and we need an experienced and committed person to help us make a difference; we need you!
- Across our buildings portfolio, you will capture, record and report energy, carbon and water data.
- You will investigate and assess energy consumption and charges.
- You will assist with the smart meter exchange and arrange for all Display Energy Certificates and Energy Performance Certificates to be kept up to date.
You will be joining an organisation that provides a good pension (in addition to your contributions the council contributes 17.1 % of your pay), hybrid working, and your birthday day off!!
