The starting salary for this role is £21,943 per annum based on a 36 hour working week.
The Single Point of Access Team is a frontline service which covers the whole of Surrey and is responsible for responding to referrals that come through regarding children and their families. The team consists of the Multi Agency Partnership Team and Early Help and we also have partner agencies based with us including Police, Health and Adults.
In the role of Team Administrator, your work base will be located at Quadrant Court, Woking but you will also have opportunities to work remotely.
This is a varied and interesting role where you will be responsible for supporting the team with varying administration tasks such as organising meetings, taking meeting notes and helping with outcome letters that get sent to families.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment and the role requires you to be methodical and accurate. As well as this, you must be able to prioritise your workload and adapt to changing circumstances.
You will be highly organised, willing to take responsibility and use initiative, and will also be comfortable in setting your own priorities and meeting deadlines. You will make sure that everything is in place to guarantee that all runs smoothly for the processes and teams you support.
Excellent interpersonal skills are essential along with a high level of written and verbal communication skills. You will have experience of working with highly confidential and extremely sensitive information. You will have worked in a customer focused environment and be able work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
