This is an exciting time for Epsom & Ewell’s HR team who are at the forefront of driving change across the organisation. We are looking for an exceptional HR practitioner with strong generalist experience to join our small, busy team which delivers HR support to a varied and diverse workforce of over 300 employees.
The successful candidate will provide full generalist HR support to a range of services, providing advice and coaching on management issues, recruitment and selection, organisational development, change management, policy development and the delivery of corporate initiatives and projects.
Fully CIPD qualified (or nearing completion of your studies), you will be confident in your employment law and employee relations knowledge and have the ability to manage your own caseload to support our workforce as we transition to new ways of working following the pandemic.
You must be comfortable in dealing with all levels of managers and be able to build professional credibility as well as making sound business decisions. You must also have the ability to work on your own initiative with minimum supervision, be a team player, have a focussed and flexible approach to work, and cope with work demands in a methodical and a calm manner.
