The starting salary for this role is £14,868 per annum (FTE £24,780) for working 21.6 hours per week.

In this Administration Advisor role, you will support our mental health Enabling Independence Team with developing our GP in Mental Health Services pathway across the North West Surrey area.

About the role
In this role, you will undertake general and varied administrative duties in order to provide support to an Enablement GP in Mental Health Services. Using the Council’s SAP system, you will be responsible for recording time administration data and monitoring information in the Social Care database. You will take a lead role in maintaining data quality.
You will also coordinate all arrangements for team meetings and events, and will be expected to deal with complex telephone enquiries, a wide range of correspondence, and diary management.
As well as this, you will take both notes and minutes for meetings. This will also involve ensuring actions and recommendations are followed up within specified time frames.
This is a generalist role; your duties will be varied according to the needs of the service. You will play a co-ordinator function in the team and will work closely with other admin staff and operational and professional colleagues within the team and across the Mental Health Service. The nature of the role means you will work with highly confidential and sensitive information.
