The starting salary for this role is £24,780 per annum (with annual progression) based on a 36 working hour week.

Twelve15 is a trading department of Surrey County Council, delivering traded services in education and other settings. For over 70 years our service has been providing healthy, nutritious, and well-balanced meals to pupils, students and adults as well as offering a specialist service maintaining gym, sports, and design technology equipment. Our newly redesigned workforce is integral to achieving our aims and ambitions for the future. As such, we have a new opening for an Operations Product Officer to join our Operations Team. Reporting to the Operations Product Team Leader you will support the Twelve15 Leadership Team delivering a first-class customer experience.
This role will work with the Customer Operations Team in supporting product delivery in line with the Twelve15 business development strategy which includes: Helping to bring to the point of customer service, product supply for recipe production aligned with the business development concepts & food initiatives. In addition to this you will support the delivery of product information, recipes & supporting data to the operational team whilst responding to product queries & complaints and proactively communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
Your ability to demonstrate our Vision and Mission and work within a ‘one team’ culture is crucial to our success. Working with a high level of independence and initiative to manage the portfolio of projects is crucial including the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders to aid in the delivery of these initiatives is also key.
Taking a whole Twelve15 Team approach will drive opportunities for all staff to increase their career opportunities by broadening experience across the whole of Twelve15.
To be shortlisted to interview for this position your CV and personal statement will clearly evidence:
- Experience of working within catering sector and knowledge of Saffron or similar menu software package
- An ability to produce accurate and timely information working autonomously and within tight deadlines
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Advanced IT skills especially Excel and Microsoft Word, proficient at data analysis
- Qualification in nutrition desirable
