Customer Services Assistant - Heritage Services
We are looking for casual staff to support the operation of our heritage sites. With several unique properties open to the public, including Guildford Museum, Guildford House and the Castle, we are looking to recruit friendly, motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team.
As a public facing member of our team it is important that you have great communication skills, be confident working on your own initiative and are willing to provide help and assistance to our visitors. Experience in cash handling, MS Office and in a similar customer care role are required. This varied role incorporates a range of tasks including customer service, site safety and security, housekeeping and general administration. Appropriate training will be provided.
Hours will be casual and on a rota basis including evenings and weekends where necessary.
