Procurement Solutions Manager
The starting salary for this position is £45,734 per annum based on a 36 hour working week.

Orbis Procurement is a collaborative partnership between Surrey County Council, East Sussex County Council and Brighton and Hove City Council which manages a procurement spend of over £1.6bn a year with external suppliers. We are one of the largest local government procurement functions in the Country and pride ourselves on delivering value to our residents.
We offer a great, flexible and supportive place to work and we are looking for a Procurement Solutions Manager to join our team.
Reporting to the Head of Strategy and Resources, we are looking for a candidate who:
- Will provide strategic oversight for the running of systems in the the Procurement Service across Orbis, ensuring effective processes within those systems
- Will ensure that compliance with relevant policy and procurement legislation is maintained, as well as governance elements such as GDPR
- Will proactively identify opportunities to make improvements, taking a co-ordination lead for this across the service
- Will act as a subject matter expert in the operation of the Procurement processes and systems
The position is based at Woodhatch Place in Reigate but some travel to our other offices in Lewes (County Hall) or Brighton (Hove Town Hall) may be required from time to time.
