A challenging role has become vacant in our Parking team, and we are looking for a committed and enthusiastic person to join us.

The Parking Services team in Woking contributes a healthy revenue amount each year to the Council and we are looking for somebody who can share their skills to help the Council develop and expand on its services.

The role of Bus Lane Enforcement Officer will work to support the management and daily delivery of bus lane enforcement. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop new skills in a multitude of different areas and you will be making a positive difference within the team immediately. Your primary role will be all of the tasks relating to the processing and management of the bus lane such as processing incoming applications and issuing Penalty Charge Notices but will also assist with the day-to-day functions of the team and can play a part in the exciting development projects transforming the existing high-quality service provided.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to multi-task and take an innovative approach to problem solving. You should be confident and able to communicate and develop rapport with stakeholders and all levels.

Demonstration of these skills will in return ensure the role provides a variety of challenges and be rewarded with continuous job satisfaction.
