We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and friendly individual to join our Wellbeing team at the Community and Wellbeing Centre. You will lead on support and being creative with activities in our Centre.
The focus of this role is to support and understand member’s needs, whilst planning and undertaking administrative duties. You will also take part in assessments of clients alongside other Wellbeing Coordinators.
The ideal candidate will need to have a background in care, understand the needs relating to older people. You will need be organised, able to work independently and manage your time well to ensure you are able to meet the needs of the members. You will need to have excellent verbal written communication and people skills along with IT experience with Word/Excel/Databases.
You will be expected to deliver a person-centred approach to our members which includes daily assistance at mealtimes and personal care. You will be core to the daily delivery of our services to our members.
