£29,310 per annum for 36 hours per week based at Ashford Youth Centre, Kenilworth Road, Ashford TW15 3EL.

About the Role
Are you looking for an opportunity to make a difference in children and young peoples lives?
Surrey is committed to offering children and families support early in order to avoid them needing more intensive support later. Within this role we are looking for a team player who also has the ability to lead others and has a real passion for working with young people. You will be supported to engage with young people and their families to take the necessary steps to help keep them safe.
The work will include providing individual support with life skills, education and needs based sessions that encourage young people to harness their potential and ultimately transition from NEET into employment or further training. This will involve delivering an agreed curriculum that accredits outcome-based learning.
