The starting salary for this position is £24,780 per annum based on a 36 hour working week.
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Liaison Officer to be based in Woking. In this role, you will support the delivery of a comprehensive Facilities service and act as a point of contact for staff and visitors in Surrey County Council's main corporate buildings.
A day with us will include supporting the operational running of the building by providing core services that include (but not limited to) front of house duties, health and safety, security, room booking and other customer service based functions, possibly including some building support officer functions such as helping in the post room or taking in deliveries.
You, along with the rest of the Facilities Team, will ensure that building services and equipment remain operational and provide a safe working environment for our staff and visitors. You will have the opportunity to work across our other Surrey County Council corporate offices and support a variety of different services and colleagues.
We are looking for someone who has previous customer service experience and is able to use their initiative to come up with solutions, often at short notice.
