Legal Specialist Lawyer Planning
Full time, permanent
Salary £35,211 to £48,133 per annum
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lawyer to provide legal advice and support to the Council in the area of Town and Country Planning and Regeneration Law. Your work will include planning obligations including large scale developments, and other development agreements, planning enforcement, protection of heritage assets, town centre and other economic regeneration projects, footpath diversions, advising Councillors at Planning Committee and other meetings, assisting with economic regeneration projects. The Council has a strong track record of economic development and ambitious regeneration plans.
Whether you are experienced in these areas, newly qualified or seeking to move from an alternative legal specialism we are keen to hear from you.
