As an experienced team supervisor you will have a range of skills to be able to coach, motivate and drive performance to instil customer focus within your team.
You will have great people skills, being able to establish and maintain relationships with customers, partners and colleagues to ensure the Customer Services Centre evolves to keep pace with technology and changes in delivery.
