Working with our Recycling Officer, the post holder will assist in the development and promotion of our existing recycling schemes.

The post-holder will help shape and deliver our current recycling schemes which currently include mixed recycling, food waste collections, WEEE and textile collections.

Working to improve on our existing recycling rates and help to shape our commercial food and recycling collections as well as expanding our current chargeable garden waste scheme.

The successful applicant will be expected to be flexible to adapt to the business needs, focus on improvements as well development at a local and regional level

Candidates must be passionate about recycling as well as the environment and ideally be experienced in working the waste management sector whether within a local authority or commercial setting.
