Are you an experienced repairs and maintenance inspector, having worked in the social housing sector or similar?

Are you customer focused with a desire to help improve the lives and standard of housing for our residents?

Waverley Borough Council are looking for an individual who has knowledge of legislation, regulation and compliance relating to Health & Safety and operational risk within a construction site

The individual should be experienced in the management of contractors and sub-contractors to develop successful relationships to achieve required build standards and specification compliance.

We require an individual who can review and audit works completed to ensure both pricing and quality meet the required standards

This is a full time role, on a temporary contract. However, all applications will be considered.
