Are you a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and want to use your skills in a role with variety, where you can be relied on for your expertise and experience?

Do you want to help the Council get the best use out of its assets and help shape the diversity of the asset portfolio?

Do you want to be part of an experienced and enthusiastic team?

As a qualified surveyor you will be a key member of the team in delivering the Asset Management Strategy and supporting the Asset Manager in ensuring the Council’s Asset portfolio is used to its maximum potential.

You will use your professional skills and experience to negotiate on property transactions and carry out the work of the team in maximising income potential.

This is the perfect opportunity to join the Asset Management Team at an exciting time in the development and shaping of the asset base to secure the long term goals of the Council whilst also developing your skills and experience.

You will be encouraged to keep up to date with all property matters and have the opportunity to attend relevant RICS approved courses.

37 hours per week. This is a full time role. However, all applications will be considered.
