An excellent opportunity has arisen for 3 Family Support Co-ordinators who hold a Social Work Qualification to join our team. Reigate & Banstead Borough Council is a very forward-thinking authority with a fast moving commercial agenda.
Demonstrating that you are an innovative, supportive, positive and flexible person, you will be able to contribute towards our financial self-sufficiency by 2020 and our 5 year plan.
Although holding a Social Work qualification is essential, this is not a statutory role and therefore no level 4 work will be carried out. You will work as a Family Support Co-ordinator with level 3 families.
The successful candidates will be pro-active and ambitious, with a track record in working with and supporting people to help us deliver on our plans to provide positive outcomes for families who are experiencing a range of challenges.
You will be joining a growing, innovative multi-agency team which supports the successful co-ordination of local statutory and voluntary services to work in partnership with families to achieve sustainable and transformational change.
