We have full time and part time opportunities in a successful Development Management team based in Addlestone in a modern office that is close to London and the M25. The potential expansion of Heathrow, the planned delivery of a major flood alleviation scheme in the Borough and the implementation of a new Local Plan all present opportunities to broaden your planning skillset and experience. You will play a vital part in providing excellent customer service and progress schemes achieving high quality design and balancing the constraints of flood risk, green belt and heritage assets. You will have a master’s qualification in town planning (or equivalent) and either a full member of the RTPI or working towards this. Experience in Development Management is preferable but we are interested to hear from you if you have a range of planning experience that would positively contribute to the skills and experience of the team. You must have a full driving license and a vehicle available for work purposes, and have good self-presentation.
