£23,951 per annum for 36 hours per week based at Fern Lodge, Farnham Road Hospital, Guildford GU2 7LX.

About the role
Based in Guildford, we are seeking an individual who can support people with substantial mental health needs through focussed and time limited interventions. We work alongside multi disciplinary mental health teams and a diverse range of community agencies and services. Our Service supports people in their recovery, working with them to maximise their choices and independence in line with our commitment to the personalisation agenda.
Relevant experience is an advantage, a commitment to working alongside people with mental health conditions to achieve their goals and independence is essential.
It is also essential that applicants should have a valid driving licence and use of a vehicle for the performance of the role. Applicants who do not meet this criteria will not be short-listed for interview.
