This is a critical role at a critical time.
With a clear vision of what an effective, customer-focused HR Service looks like, you will lead and manage your team, ensuring it provides excellent customer service and supports the organisation to develop and achieve its strategic objectives.
You will be skilled in all aspects of HR and payroll with experience of proactively supporting recruitment and retention, developing high quality workforce strategies and implementing effective operational management controls.
We are looking for someone who is a skilled communicator, who can see the bigger picture and robustly plan and lead strategic change but who can also engage effectively with everyone and knows how to build a positive and inclusive culture.
This post is a full time permanent role 37 hours per week. However, par time and flexible working applications will be considered.
