We are looking to recruit a self-motivated, parking services professional to join our friendly team.
This is a specific post in the Parking Permits Team within Parking Services, with a focus on supporting the processing, delivery and monitoring of all on and off street parking permits in Woking. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with day to day administration, management and the development of the parking services provision.

Provision of a top class service to our customers on a range of Council services and functions is essential. In order to meet customer demands and achieve our aims of first point of contact resolution the section uses a wide range of IT systems for which excellent ICT skills are required. The post involves frontline, face to face and telephone contact and the successful applicant will be expected to maintain a high level of customer care at all times.
Previous experience of parking administration would be highly desirable and would be reflected in the offered remuneration package. However, a comprehensive training programme is available any successful candidate in the role.

English Language Requirement

Work Based Qualification
