The Centre Administrator is accountable to the Centre Manager for the efficient running of the Centre Management Office, maintaining financial records, processing invoices and from time to time assisting with promotional activities. The Centre Administrator will often be the first line in communications with our client, tenants and customers; therefore, a good, polite and friendly manner is absolutely essential as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
In order to succeed in this role you must be capable of working independently and without supervision. It is important that you can remain calm under pressure in order to deliver outcomes within set timescales. In addition you must also have competent use of Microsoft Office.
