We are looking to recruit three motivated individuals to join our current housing team, to deliver an effective and responsive service to all our residents.

Each Housing Officer will have a patch of approximately 600 properties, which they will manage. Duties will include dealing with anti-social behaviour, tenancy management such as mutual exchanges, viewings, sign ups, property condition and general housing enquiries.

The candidate will be required to have good communication skills, commitment to high levels of customer service, team player and knowledge/experience of housing management or in a similar role.

The three posts available are full time roles. However, all applications will be considered.
