Surrey have created two Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) specialist posts in each of its fours areas for suitably skilled officers to champion the work in tackling CSE and develop practice across all teams.
The successful candidates will need to be able to demonstrate they have the abilities as a Senior Family Support worker; with a high level of knowledge and track record of working with children at risk of CSE. The successful candidate will continue to work in the RAIS team and in return for a 20% reduction in caseload will provide expertise in this specific area of Children’s Social Work across the county.
