We are looking for an experienced care manager with either a Social Work, Nursing or Occupational Therapy qualification to join our busy Adult Social Care team, as a Senior Care Manager.
You will be working with a diverse range of service users including a generic caseload of older people and also younger people with physical and sensory disabilities.
You will be expected to work with complex cases, and have a sound knowledge of safeguarding.
There will be a supervisory capacity within the role with either Community Support Workers or Care Managers within the team.
The team is based across two sites and you will be expected to be able to cover across both these as necessary.
An enhanced Criminal Records Bureau disclosure check will be required for this role.
