Surrey Commercial Services provide a catering service to the majority of schools in Surrey, and as a trainer you’ll travel to locations across the county, delivering training and promoting high standards to all our staff.
You’ll prepare training sessions and implement the training programme, working alongside the Training Manager. You’ll also have opportunities to train within Surrey County Council.
With a background in the catering industry and an interest in training and developing staff, you’ll have good practical skills, high standards of hygiene and good organisational skills. Self-motivated, forward-thinking and patient, you should be flexible around working hours and have a good understanding of Word and Excel. You’ll have good communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work well independently or as part of a team. A full UK driving licence is essential.
An enhanced Criminal Records Bureau disclosure check will be required for this role.
