This post provides an interesting and varied opportunity for a positive and enthusiastic person with a passion for working in IT, educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
We are looking for a trainee for a 12 month temporary period to be part of our IT Helpdesk Support Team. We will train you to provide assistance with the logging and resolution of users’ IT problems and the configuration and installation of software and hardware.
For this interesting trainee role, you will need a general knowledge of Microsoft operating systems together with good customer service skills and a desire to further develop your skills.
