Qualified and Registered with the Health Professions Council, the role involves providing a practical client centred service to elderly and disabled people and their carers within a Housing environment enabling them to achieve maximum independence and social integration.
The role covers the service in both Runnymede and Woking and will be based in Woking.
The successful candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellent communications skills and commitment to excellent customer service. Specific skills required vary from post to post. Further details and person specifications are contained in the Job Pack.
