Would you like an opportunity to serve our local community by joining our award winning team monitoring the CCTV cameras and responding to calls from the elderly or vulnerable on the “Careline” Community Alarm System? This is a rewarding job with great potential for job satisfaction, working an average of 37 hours per week on a six days on, three days off rota basis. The shifts cover 24 hours a day, every day of the year and there will be opportunities for additional hours to cover for absences.

We are looking for people with good local knowledge who must have excellent observational and communication skills. You must have a caring and patient approach and at least one year’s experience of working with the public in either a caring or control centre environment. If you have recent experience of Careline and/or liaison with the Police, this will be an advantage.
