Under the direction of the Senior Social Worker, the Reviewing Officer will be responsible for reviewing mental health service users who have been placed in residential and nursing placement around the UK.

They will also be working directly with clients/customers in the more complex rehabilitation settings, and South West London and St George’s rehabilitation service. The role will include ensuring care plans are adhered to, reporting any concerns back to the rehabilitation team.
