PROPERTY DATA TECHNICIAN ( 6 Month Contract)

Salary: £17,529 – £18,853

37 hours per week

Mole Valley District Council in Dorking Surrey is in the process of implementing its new Asset Management System. This role would suit an enthusiastic graduate from an Estate Management/Surveying/Legal course with excellent IT skills to support the Estates department in their asset data capture programme and associated activities during implementation. It offers the right candidate the opportunity to work within a professional team and being involved in the creation of a vast database with direct contact with one of the market leaders in property asset management solutions. It is envisaged that the Project will run until the end of August. This position attracts a salary of up to £18,853 per annum.
